The National Brass Band Championship has been organized annually since 2004. This annual gathering is a great opportunity for meetings, exchanges, and discoveries, bringing together several hundred musicians of all ages and backgrounds in a friendly and sharing atmosphere with the public. It allows orchestras from all over France to meet and play in front of an international panel of experts, and for the public to discover young musicians and a musical genre born in the United Kingdom in the 19th century. For two days, the Championship aims to be the spearhead of the values defended by the CMF: living together, mutual aid, social diversity, and inclusion.
